I am Judit Szekeres, founder of swell. With an international career spanning continents and industries, I have led teams on both advertising agency and client sides, delivering award winning solutions and building efficient operations.
I've always looked at tech as a major enabler, but I also believe that cool technology alone isn't enough. Success comes from how people use it and thrive because of it.
In 2023, as AI tools gained momentum and and reshaped work, I experienced burnout. A reminder of how overwhelming modern work can be without balance or efficiency. This dual experience inspired my mission: to help businesses embrace AI thoughtfully, using it to empower people, spark creativity, and restore harmony.
My philosophy is simple: the best outcomes happen when human ideas steer incredible technology in the right direction. That people-first mindset shapes everything we do at swell. I’m hands-on and practical, supporting clients every step of their transformation journey.
